Upon discovering light language through my interaction with Natasa, I was hooked! Activations with JJ soon became another one of my favourites.
It also made complete sense why normal methods of meditation never truly worked for me. I lean towards being more aural than visual. When a guided meditation tells me to imagine xyz the rest of the meditation becomes an internal struggle of my human limitations of not being able to imagine xy or z!
And why I have always been drawn to drumming, bowls, and the wordless.
Light language is all that and more… It’s encoded with healing. I can truly just sit back, relax, and absorb the energy.
